May 2012 - NYC

Suri & Katie braved the rain, while shopping for toys at FAO Schwartz in NYC on May 21st 2012.

Suri was wearing Raincoat by Hatley, Heart & Check Rain boots by Burberry and some pink loungewear pants & top.

I still feel incredibly lucky that I get to borrow beautiful clothes. I fell in love with the deep green colour of this dress and can see myself searching for the exact same hue come fall.

I had quite a few emails asking about my make up look for this event. I like to do my own makeup so here's the full 'How To':

*Apply Nars 'sheer glow' liquid foundation to areas that need it. I focus on under eye and a little on chin and nose. 

*Dab MAC 'strobe cream' onto cheek and brow bones.

*Lightly dust Shu Uemura face powder over oily areas. Use sparingly to keep the skin 'dewy'.

*Use an angled brush to apply gel liner to top eye lids. I'm using 'black track' by MAC.

*Apply two full coats of mascara. I used Covergirl 'Lash Blast Fusion'.

*Add lashes. I used a couple of Shu Uemura's 'slim partial' accent lashes. They're a nice alternative to a full strip of lashes which I think can look a bit fake. You may need to adjust your liner after applying the lashes. I usually wait until my lashes are dry to add the 'flicked' part of my liner.

*Smile and brush Nars 'Orgasm' onto the apples of your cheeks.

*Finish with MAC 'Ruby Woo' lipstick. This lipstick is super matt and has amazing staying power but because it is so dry you need to prep the lips with a light lip balm. Use a lip brush if you don't like using lip liner

in the evening The Cruise Family were spotted leaving their NYC apartment, Wednesday, 13.

one of the security guards was pulling a Pink Suitcase with "Suri" embroidery.

UPDATE: Suri's suitcase is from KidsTravelZone, 

"Suri's suitcase is from KidsTravelZone, but it is an earlier edition, the same font 'dancin' is still available and the 'smiley flowers' embroidery is also still available, just that the 18" rolling luggage pockets have been improved with a flap to prevent things spilling out if zipper is partially open." Pamela

Suri & Katie decided to add some hamburgers to their menu and stopped at Vera's Hamburgers in Vancouver on Sunday, 6.

After lunch S&K headed to visit Tom on the set of Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol.

Suri is wearing head-to-toe the same outfit as yesterday - Dress & Sneakers by H&M and Burberry coat.

Suri & Katie returned for more toys to Kaboodles Toy Store in Vancouver on Saturday, 5.

Suri is wearing Purple Dot Dress with Heart Pockets FW'10 by H&M, which she first wore March 1st 2011 and D&G red trench coat, which was first worn on July 21st 2009 in Melbourne.
Suri is also wearing Purple High Tops with Hearts by H&M.

later on S&K picked up some cupcakes from Cupcakes by Heather&Lori.

Suri decided to switch her coats, and wore her White Double-Breasted Coat by Burberry to the bakery.
